Well, on the plus side for Ryan, it’s less than the 27 myths from Mitt Romney in 38 minutes during the first Presidential debate.
But at least in this debate, Joe Biden was prepared and didn’t act like a deer in headlights like Obama did. Hopefully Joe’s giving Barack some lessons before the next debate so Mitt doesn’t get away with it again.
Like last week’s presidential debate, I’ll be live-tweeting tonight’s vice presidential debate over on twitter.
I’ll try to keep Google handy, but I won’t have a big enough shovel to fact-check everything on the fly.
And tonight, we get Paul Ryan, the master of campaign lies (who was even called out by Fox News for how blatantly untrue the statements in his Republican National Convention speech were), in the Vice Presidential debate.
And an hour later, everyone will talk about how good he looked and how well he spoke while once again completely ignoring the fact that what he says will most likely be pure bullshit.
Hopefully Joe Biden will be a little more awake than Obama was in the first debate. Announcing come-back zingers the day after the debate doesn’t work.
