In which Barack Obama’s tumblr doesn’t tell the full truth.
Depending on the state it could be true that it only needed to be postmarked by today, but in six states with today as the registration deadline it had to be there by today.
Here’s the full breakdown of deadlines for registration, and whether they have to be received or postmarked by that day:
