mittromney: President Obama’s “redistribution” plan has failed the middle class. Hey, Mitt, I don’t think you get to cite a growing rich-poor gap when your plan calls for less taxes on rich people and more taxes on poor people, not to mention replacing medicare with vouchers that cover much less, therefore growing that gap even more. Your national co-chair, Tim Pawlenty, stepped down this morning like a rat fleeing a sinking ship. Of course, he did do it for a 7-figure gig as a Congressional lobbyist for Wall Street, which you want to deregulate. So if you were to somehow win the election, he’d be getting richer while you cut services for poor people and work to make him even richer. You act like we didn’t just watch Senate Republicans block yet another jobs bill yesterday, where half a week worth of the war’s budget would have been able to put 20,000 veterans to work. Republicans sure don’t seem to care about where the money for killing people comes from, do they? They only care about funding when that money could actually go towards helping people.
