I don’t think that even many of my politically interested followers will read it (or the positions as they are worded on Mitt’s site). It’s more work than most people are willing to put into choosing a President when their TV channel of choice will just tell them who to vote for.
It seems like most people are going to vote either for or against Obama without even looking at what the alternative actually means, especially since Mitt isn’t exactly going out and telling people what the alternative means. You have to go looking for anything more from him than “I’m not Obama” when it comes to his platform on issues that aren’t part of the daily FOX “News” ‘Obama Sucks’ mantra.
