Day 19 - Plastic Surgery

Those big, fake lips, the perpetually surprised look, the way-too-big boobs…it’s just not attractive. And most people who get it looked pretty decent before going under the knife.

Sure, there are situations where it’s OK. If you’ve been burned or disfigured, I can understand wanting to get closer to how you used to look. I get that it would be weird to look in the mirror and see a face that you don’t think looks like you. But to be honest, your real friends won’t look at you any differently.

That being said, the plastic surgery industry is built on needless vanity overall. Just be you, and you’ll be fine.
